SNAP real estate logo design

Commissioned by a Boston-based real estate company, this logo conveys the modernity and innovation that sets Snap apart from other antiquated real estate companies by using bold lines, geometric shapes, and sharp angles in an aim to emulate the speedy, efficient nature of the service.

 

INITIAL LOGO ITERATION

I brainstormed and hand-drew a variety of concepts to give
the client options.

SECOND LOGO ITERATION

The client got back to me with his preferences. He liked one of the more minimalistic designs best, and I worked to further develop the design he chose from initial ideation.

 

THIRD LOGO ITERATION AND PROPOSED COLOR PALETTE

The client wanted to maintain the simplicity and angular lines. In my third round of iterations, I presented a variety of options for outlined type in various weights, knockout type, as well as a potential palette.

 

FINAL DELIVERABLES

In the end, the client chose a design that maintained angular letterforms, bold lines, geometric shapes, and a neutral palette.
